Commercial cleaning
Residential Service Packages
As a housecleaning service provider our goal is to provide our clients
with outstanding service that will leave them with a freshly prepared home space
in which they can recharge and enjoy life. Please note all packages can be discussed and
particular services may be adjusted to your preferences at the time of your estimate and walk through.
Anything you do not see included and would like to request may be on our A-La-Cart service menu!
We have a few different service levels to choose from. Please select a package

Standard Cleaning
Our standard cleaning package is designed for clients looking for regular service or need a one time fill between your normal service arrangements.
What’s included.....
Throughout
- Trash bins emptied
- Dusting of ceiling cobwebs for rooms with standard height
(cathedral ceilings not applicable)
- Dusting of decorative items, Ceiling fans, and furniture
- Glass and mirrors cleaned and polished (excluding
- windows)
- Fixtures and faucets cleaned and polished
- Hard floors swept and mopped or steamed; all carpets vacuumed
Bathroom
- Toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers wiped, scrubbed and sanitized
- Cabinets wiped down on the Outside
Kitchen
- Counters, sinks, and outside of all kitchen appliances wiped down
- Outside of cabinets wiped down and polished
- microwave cleaned inside and out

Residential Deep Cleaning
Our Residential deep cleaning package is designed to reach all the highs and lows, corners and crevices along with all your normal wear and tear surfaces. We recommend all clients start their service with a deep cleaning package as their first clean to achieve maximum results.

Throughout
- Trash bins emptied
- All accessible baseboards, door trim, doors, and window ledges wiped
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted (regular ceiling heights only)
- Cobwebs in ceiling corners dusted
- Decorative items and furniture dusted
- Couches and furniture that cannot be wiped down, vacuumed
- Glass surfaces cleaned and Polished (excludes windows)
- Fixtures and faucets polished
- Light switches and doorknobs, disinfected
- All hardwood floors swept and mopped or steamed;
- all carpets vacuumed
Bathrooms
- Toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers wiped, scrubbed and sanitized
- Cabinets wiped down on the Outside
- Grout treated and scrubbed

Move in-out Cleaning
Our Residential moving services are designed to help homeowners, buyers and real-estate agents with process of turn-over clean up. Wether you want a quick spot cleaning for a showing or top to bottom scrub down before you move-in Kimberly’s Cleaning can assist you with your project!

At Kimberly’s Cleaning we have designed a commercial cleaning package that we feel confident
will not only cover the basics, but meet all our clients special needs. Our cleaning team will focus
on your business while we are there the make sure your cleaning needs are met along with any
special cleaning requests.

Please be aware we do not provide paper products or trash bags. We request that all clients have these items present at the time of cleaning for use to complete our tasks!
